Front Desk Receptionist
Front Desk Receptionists, previous experience working in a daycare, or a willingness to learn about daycare operations, preferred.
Will greet teachers, parents, children, or anyone who enters the building.
Duties include:
Allow access to other employees
Answer phones, transfer calls
Make calls to check on students who are absent
Collect and record payments from parents
Assist parents with required paperwork
Assist with sign in and sign out process
Schedule appointments
Answer questions and give directions
Manage the flow of traffic in the office
May also perform Teaching Assistant duties
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED minimum required
Salary: $16.00 per hour
